The effects of smoking on human health are serious and in many cases, deadly. For example only one of the more than 400 chemicals in a pack of "smokes" may cause lung cancer, but that is only one of the health issues you can develop by smoking. Even though scientists can´t prove that smokes may kill you, they have discovered that smoking alters some certain type of cells in the body that are used for the gas exchange inside your lungs, which are formed by the pulmonary alveoli. Some other serious side effects are malformation of the fetus during the pregnancy period, in which you can find breathing problems, unsuccessful formation of the crane in some fetuses, cardiac problems, besides affecting fertility.Some scientists also relate smoking to sudden abortion, fetal distress, and placental problems, so basically the consequences of smoking keep on going and appearing too, so try avoiding smokes!
